Victor Oyola has over 40 years of experience as a marketing executive in the fields of advertising, communications, government relations, and project management for some of the top international agencies with presence in Puerto Rico. As such, he has been responsible to design and execute strategic planning for local and international clients in different industries including automotive, energy, transportation, telecommunications, retail, distilled spirits, health, non-profit organizations, public service, and politics. His areas of expertise include market research and viability studies, design and production of advertising and public affairs campaigns, media planning, public relations and general communications. In 2004, founded Vogárs, a full-service marketing firm with clients in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in areas such as food and beverages, energy, government, mass media, and others. Also, he handled the introduction of engineering companies awarded with the restoration of the Island after Hurricane Maria. Victor has a B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University in New Orleans.
